Stallet

Just outside Hultsfred next to Lake Hulingen is this unique accommodation in a newly renovated former barn from the 19th century, called the Stallet (the Stable). Visit the photo gallery to see more pictures!

The building was last used as a barn in the 1980s. Around the building, in paddocks, there are cows grazing (summertime) and within sight of the accommodation there is the private sandy beach, perfect for children. Boat for fishing or excursions is available for rent. The accommodation is adjacent to a bird-watching area with viewing tower.

Room Allocation:

● 1 hall/corridor where there is also a sleeper sofa (90 cm wide bed)

● Open floor plan with: Hall, living room / TV room (TV / DVD) with sofa, kitchen, dining area

● 1 bathroom with shower and WC

● 1 WC

● 1 bedroom with bunk bed for 2 people

● 1 bedroom with one singel bed

● 1 bedroom with double bed or two single beds for 2 persons

● 1 cot (available to borrow)

● In the accommodation there is electricity and water from deep well drilled wells

● Wifi / fiber available

● The accommodation will be fully renovated in spring 2018. Total renovation of the entire accommodation.

● Garden furniture is available for long barbecue evenings and summer breakfasts!

● Pets and smoking are not welcome.

● Boat is available for hire

● Private sandy beach within sight of the accommodation with barbecue area

● Choose yourself to bring your own sheets and clean or buy for these services.

● Checking in saturdays from 15:00 and check out saturdays at 11:00

● During high season (summertime) we only rent out the accommodation weekly, Saturday-Saturday.

Prices:

● Price/week, w 25-35: 7500 SEK

● Price/week, rest of the year: 6000 SEK

● Price/day:  1500 SEK

● Renting of sheets and towels: 150 SEK/person

● Final cleaning 1200 SEK

Directions:

In Hultsfred - drive towards Basebo / Camping.

Pass Hultsfred Camping. Continue the road for about 2 km. Then follow the signage Jernudda 3. Turn right after the yellow house on the left side of the village Järnudda at the sign Jernuddens 150 m. You will see the accommodation on the right side. Last door.
